The interchangeable Size 01 orifice allows the cooling capacity of the thermostatic valve to be adjusted according to the specific requirements of the evaporator, eliminating the need for complex valve body replacements. Machined to micrometer-level dimensional tolerances from brass and stainless steel, it ensures smooth flow of the refrigerant and stable control of superheat. The integrated mesh filter on the cylindrical body traps debris, ferrous residues, or desiccant fragments before they can reach the flow passage, ensuring a long-lasting hermetic seal.
