Constant Thermostatic Control and Maximum Compressor Protection
The Refrigerant Boys TN2 series thermostatic valve is designed to manage the thermodynamic properties and pressure-temperature curves of R134a refrigerant with the utmost precision. By constantly modulating the refrigerant flow rate based on the actual thermal load, the valve prevents the risk of liquid slugging in the compressor and ensures complete wetting of the evaporator coil for optimal cooling performance.

Male SAE Flare Connections: Threaded flare fittings that facilitate quick installation or replacement on-site, eliminating the risk of internal component overheating caused by brazing operations.
Stainless Steel Sensing Element: A stainless steel diaphragm and head laser-welded to ensure an airtight seal, resistance to pressure surges, and long-term stability without refrigerant leakage from the bulb.
High Thermal Responsiveness Sensor Bulb: The compact cylindrical bulb connected to the coiled capillary tube instantly detects temperature fluctuations in the suction line, transmitting the correction to the diaphragm in a matter of milliseconds.
Superheat Adjustment Stem: Equipped with a manual adjustment screw protected by a brass sealing cap, allowing the refrigeration technician to perform fine calibration of the static superheat during testing.
Full Compatibility with PAG and POE Oils: Materials and internal seals are designed to be chemically resistant to both synthetic ester (POE) lubricants used in commercial refrigeration and PAG oils used in the automotive and refrigerated transport sectors.
