R407C

R407C refrigerant gas, a zeotropic mixture available in various formats, has a GWP of 1774. Historically used as a replacement for R22, it is still widely present in older commercial and industrial air conditioning systems and large chillers. Due to its high global warming potential, it is among the gases heavily penalized by the new tax adjustment: the cost of recharging existing systems will increase significantly, making stock planning a critical factor.
