Thanks to the cartridge’s larger dimensions (Ø 73 mm x 174 mm), this filter-drier offers a significantly larger filtration surface area and molecular sieve volume compared to standard compact models. The 100% sintered molecular sieve cartridge (3Å) retains water dissolved in the circuit before it can react with the synthetic oil and trigger the formation of corrosive acids, protecting the check valve from freezing and the compressor from electrical or mechanical failures.

The solid extruded structure prevents flaking and the release of desiccant dust into the flow, while the generously sized welded steel body ensures low pressure drop even at high refrigerant flow rates.
