The interchangeable Size 02 orifice allows you to optimize the cooling capacity of the thermostatic valve based on the exact thermal load of the evaporator, without having to replace the valve body. Machined to micrometer tolerances from high-density brass and stainless steel, it ensures smooth refrigerant flow and stable superheat control, preventing thermal oscillations (hunting). The basket filter integrated into the base traps sludge, welding residues, or microparticles of desiccant, ensuring a perfect seal when closed and preserving the service life of the entire system.
