Modular Capacity Calibration and Maximum Mechanical Protection of the Evaporator

The interchangeable Size 0X orifice allows the cooling capacity of the thermostatic valve to be adapted to the system’s actual thermal load requirements without having to replace the entire valve body. Machined with micrometer-level tolerances from brass and stainless steel, it ensures a perfect seal when closed and a linear expansion curve of the refrigerant. The integrated wire mesh filter protects the laminated section from impurities, welding residues, or desiccant fragments circulating in the system.

• Universal Compatibility with Fluids and Oils: Suitable for use with all common refrigerant gases (R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, R448A, R449A) and compatible with POE, PAG, and mineral synthetic lubricants.
