Description

Features and Compatibility

  • Cartridge Compatibility: Designed for dosing syringe cartridges (Mariel 700/800 chemical series and standard 30-ml or 60-ml cartridges).

  • Rack-and-pinion mechanism: Allows for controlled, incremental dispensing of the product without waste.

  • Quick-connect coupling: The threaded ring adapter ensures the cartridge is securely locked in place to prevent leaks under pressure.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Resetting the Piston: Press the rear release lever and fully retract the toothed rod (rack).

  2. Housing: Insert the chemical cartridge into the designated housing and secure it firmly by tightening the ring nut.

  3. Connection: Connect the connecting hose/quick-connect adapter (1/4″ SAE or 5/16″, depending on whether the system uses R134a, R1234yf, or R32/R410A) to the system’s low-pressure port.

  4. Injection: Press the trigger lever gradually to push the fluid into the circuit.
